Scouting system

The intensive screening will be given a big role in the youth department of Al Ettifaq. The Scouting sector is connected with the First-team department.

The main reason is Head Scout xxxxx xxxxxx. The coordination of scouting at youth level is headed by xxxxx xxxxxx. In addition to full-time workers U21 coach , U19 coach and U17 coach are active above all xxx. xxxx , xxx. xxxx and xxxx. xxxx at youth level.The Scouting coordinator ensures that the most important measures to be taken. In addition, players and parents have an opportunity to get to know the club. The Junior Head Scouts are responsible for ensuring that the most important young players are identified in the region. They coordinate all operations, prospects and give any results to the responsible youth coaches.
